Zhu Ping, female, was born in Harbin, Heilongjiang Province in 1943, Manchu. Member of China Artists Association. In 1966, he graduated from the Oil Painting Department of Luxun Academy of Fine Arts with a bachelor’s degree. From 1973 to 1992, he taught at Northeast Normal University as the director and associate professor of the Oil Painting Teaching and Research Section. Moved to Chicago in 1993. Settled in Los Angeles in 1998.
In 1979, the oil painting “Eiling Tiger” was collected by the National Art Museum of China. In 1989, the oil paintings “Impression of Autumn” and “Wild Plains” were selected for the first national oil painting exhibition and the seventh national art exhibition respectively; in 1990, the oil paintings “Waiting” and “Dusk” were exhibited in Singapore; in 1991, the oil painting “Spring” was exhibited in Toronto, Canada; From 1992 to 1993, he went to the United States as a visiting scholar to give lectures and lectures at Southern Illinois University and St. Louis Webster University; in 1993, he participated in the 15th International Art Exhibition in New York; In 1996, he held a solo exhibition at the “Centurion of Ancient Rome” gallery; in 1997, his works participated in the joint exhibition of Chinese and Soviet-Russian art held in Taipei and the joint exhibition of ten female painters in Chicago; in 2004 in Los Angeles J.K.D Gallery held a solo exhibition. In 2005, a personal album was published.
